Art for Commonfolk

201

One Sunday night in 2007 Jen Beckman came up with this equation:

(limited editions x low prices) + the internet = art for everyone

For those of you who aren’t good at math, that translates to 20×200.com- a website that brings artists trying to sell their art and people looking to buy art together without the high prices and the high noses of a high brow art gallery. It is basically a place to buy great prints and photos for absurdly cheap, making it possible for everyone and anyone to become a collector.
